(For clarity, "we," "us," and "our" include FRAGMATIC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, whose registered/operational office is M-66C, Adani Samsara, Sector-60, Gurgaon Sadar Bazar, Haryana, India 122001, and "you," "your," "user," "visitor" mean any natural or legal person visiting our website or purchasing from us.)

    7. Fees are determined by the subscription you purchase, not actual usage, and are non-refundable. Fragmatic issues electronic invoices and may use third-party payment processors. (We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.)

    8. Fragmatic retains all rights to the intellectual property associated with the Service, including trademarks, logos and software. (Our website contains material owned by or licensed to us, including the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics; reproduction is prohibited except in accordance with the copyright notice. All trademarks reproduced on our website that are not our property or licensed to us are acknowledged.)

(Unauthorized use of information provided by us shall give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. From time to time our website may include links to other websites; these links are provided for your convenience. You may not create a link to our website from another website or document without Fragmatic Technologies Private Limited’s prior written consent.)
